We exist because we saw a gap: golf brands need constant, high-quality creator content reaching real golfers. But they don't have the time, the network, or the budget to manage creator sponsorships themselves.

Founded By a Golfer
Fairway Launch was founded by Conor — a golfer, a marketer, and someone who spent too many hours scrolling golf Instagram to not do something about the terrible branded content clogging up the feed.
After working as a golf sales rep, the opportunity was clear: golf brands are booming, golf creators are everywhere, but nobody was connecting the two properly. So we built the agency that does exactly that.
Conor is based in Dublin, Ireland — serving brands and creators globally, wherever the game is played.
